Arthur Adams is the Senior Vice President of Merchandise Sales and Marketing at CSX, overseeing all sales portfolios across industrial products, consumer products, and regional sales segments. He also directs TRANSFLO services. 

Since joining CSX in 2007, with prior experience in the retail and healthcare sectors, Adams has been instrumental in strengthening the company’s market position and customer relationships. In his previous role as Head of Marketing Services, he led a transformation in customer service operations and advanced e-solution enhancements.
